Good product for price May 2, 2008 Steve A. Jespersen (Chicago, IL USA) I am happy with the product however I am very disappointed with UPS. The box that it came in was thoroughly destroyed. the box was up on my font porch but one of the pieces had fallen out and was at the curb in front of my house. I went to the mailbox to pick up mail and found it lying there. Either Gorilla needs to pack their product better or UPS needs to not play football with the box.
Excellent Value May 2, 2008 Katie Kate My mom wanted some sort of yard cart for mother's day. This is what I came up with. We plan on filling it with flowers and maybe a few gardening items. It will make an awesome gift. The front wheels turn with the handle, the bed dumps easily, and the tires look like they could go just about anywhere.
This would be great around the yard. As for the size, it stands a little over knee high and I would say the bed is maybe 15-20 gallon capacity... probably 3-4 five gallon buckets worth of capacity. Not huge, but I don't think you'd really be hauling much more than that for the jobs this will do anyway.
Best word to describe this cart is probably rugged.
Excellent Wagon - Plastic could be more heavy duty April 28, 2008 PellaCPC (Northern Wisconsin) We bought this for our children and for working in the garden. Assembly was a bit involved, but is do-able with enough time. The wagon works well, but I wish that they had made the sides out of heavier plastic. I would have paid another $20 to have this. Regardless, unless you are hauling rocks, you probably won't notice.
Great cart for the money April 26, 2008 J. Johnson (Roswell, GA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I needed a pull cart for various tasks around the yard. This cart fit the bill for less than $100. When I saw the box, my first thought is that it might not be large enough; however, after assembly and using it for a few weeks, it has been very useful. In fact, if it were larger, I may not be able to pull it over the lawn (I have a very hilly yard). I've used it to mix soil and to pick up limbs, etc. The feature that allows it to be attached to a riding lawnmower is very useful, if you have a riding lawnmower. For the money, this is an excellent cart. Assembly takes 30 - 45 minutes and isn't difficult at all. The only problem is that you have to slam the cart down after you dump the contents to be sure that it latches properly.
Ape Wagon April 25, 2008 Steve Clark (San Antonio, Texas) Nice heavy duty undercarriage. Plastic tub could be a little thicker. Assembly was not bad with the nuts and bolts shrunk-wrapped to numbered sections on a cardboard backing - though some of the parts were shrunk-wrapped in between numbered sections. Also found that you could get a green colored version of this at Lowes with a "D" handle for $65.00.
