I am well pleased with the piano light I purchased recently through Amazon. The light is exactly as described and pictured, and the service exceptional. The time of arrival was exact and the communication was excellent. I would recommend this site to anyone interested in purchasing items of this nature.

The Holmes HL614 lamp is a decent lamp for the price. It's rather small, but appears to be made of brass, and in general does a good job of illuminating music on the piano. The adjustment knobs are a little flimsy and difficult to work, but once it's adjusted, the lamp works fine. One thing to know is that it doesn't come with a bulb, but they are readily available at Wal Mart or Lowes.

I have needed a piano lamp for a long time and wanted one that was pretty, but inexpensive. Well, this is it; a very nice lamp, that works well for reading music and looks nice on my piano.

The lamp is as beautiful as it looks, and works perfectly on our church's piano. The old one was almost exactly the same, and died of old age. If there's any drawback to it at all, it's that the balance could be better. If you tilt the light down too far, it wants to fall over; fortunately, it's fine standing upright for me.

The lamp looks nice and functional. However, it does not come with a light bulb and without specific instructions about the bulb. I made a few trips to Home Depot to finally get the right size bulb.
