This CD is fantastic. If you don't look at the cover you would think that you are listening to a seasoned group of musicians. Looking forward to following thier careers and another CD.

Great blues chops. I'd never believe the players were 16, 14 and 9. The lead singer and guitarist, oldest brother, plays like a synthesis of BB King, Jimi Hendricks and Duane Allman. But really a sound all their own.
They must be old souls and are channeling delta blues greats. their father wrote all the material. The lyrics sound contemporary and ageless. Like or better than Cream at their peak. I first heard them on Fresh Air, NPR. They played 2 live tunes and I knew I had to get their CD. I listen to Son House, Robert Johnson, Jimi Hendricks, the Allman Brothers, Bobby Blue Bland, Eric Clapton, Richard Thompson and the Grateful Dead among others. They easily join this group. I look forward to their growth.

I heard this group interviewed on NPR and had to hear more. I'm more a fan of Rock than I am Blues, however I love this CD; it a sort of a rocking blues that will definitely get your feet moving. Enjoy

this CD is great - these kids are just awesome - heard them on NPR and immediately started searching the net to find an outlet for the CD - most were sold out and only had to wait just a few days for the CD to come from Amazon.

This is a great blues album with first rate talent. I am totally impressed with any family that can pull off an album of this caliber and it's refreshing to see this talent emerge without the backing of the corporate music mills or focus group contests like American Idol. My hat's off to the entire Perry family. I've had this CD in my car for the last couple of weeks and still can't bring myself to hit the eject button.
