Great tool for the price. I bought my watch online, and had stores charge dearly for adjusting a band not bought there. I figure this has paid for itself already. It does the job.

This product was really easy to use. It isn't the most heavy duty plastic, but unless you're a serious brute, it should last long enough to pay for itself. I was able to size my husband's new watch in just a few minutes. Very useful, unless you like waiting around hours or days for your watch to get sized!
Tip to prevent pin breakage March 25, 2008

The area where you rest the watch band is spring-loaded, hard plastic and the band can easily slip when pushing pins. I put a 1" long piece of vinyl electrical tape on the plastic -- this is just slightly tacky and keeps the band from sliding when your trying to push it down to align the pin tool. If the band slides, you can break the pin in the tool.

A good product. Would like to have been sent instructions along with it even though it's pretty intuitive. Recouped the cost after sizing two watch bands.
