Great Modem- No need for Comcast's charge monthly October 10, 2008 Kl Stutz Love it and it works fine; was not hard to do after a call to Comcast to set it up
Good ventilation required October 4, 2008 Shin Sou Wang I have this modem for about 2 years now. It started to develop a symptom that seems to relate to heat. If I lay down the machine, the bottom side will become hot and the machine will stop functioning. Other then that there is no problem.
Works as described October 4, 2008 Francis C. Fang Not much to say other than it works as advertised with Comcast's cable service. Supports boost too.
Had to Return Product October 3, 2008 Elizabeth Leblanc Although we were highly satisfied with the item in the first few days, it died within a week. We thought the source of the problem was our cable company, and we tried to troubleshoot with them for over a week. In the end, the problem was with the modem. All of the lights on the unit were lit, yet there was no signal being transmitted. While we may have received the only faulty unit from the bunch, I have no other choice than to say I would not recommend this product.
Best Value on Amazon.com September 30, 2008 Amitabha Bought this modem about 2 weeks ago for quality and value. Item was received in good order.
