I ordered this item as a Christmas gift, and received it in the mail about an hour ago. And for the last hour, I have been untangling the chain to no avail. The pendent itself is very pretty and dainty, but the chain is so cheap and thin, if it wasn't tangled, it would definately break within a few wears. My recommendation is that if you purchase this item, have a back-up chain on hand.
