This is a Family Guy review not an All in the Family review. Family Guy as returned somewhat back into form with the most recent release of the other half of a season, something that still sticks in my craw. Regardless of the Fox television more of your cash for less of their product. Family Guy is back and at least funnier then the previous season, focusing more on actual storylines rather than the arbitrary cut scenes of famous movies and shows or ridiculous celebrity bashing. The show still does the cut sequences but not as often, which helped to make volume 6 a return to form with sharp and funny writing taking the fore-front rather then the pop culture mockery. I guess it got to the point that Family Guy would have lampoon themselves on how many times they relied on that devise.
Anyways, the show is funny again with some interesting and hilarious episodes like Brian moving in with Gillian, or Peter growing a moustache. Sure it's not at the level of ridiculous laughs as Petarded was, but it is an improvement when looking at the previous episodes and the lack of a real story just a bunch of clips. Well at least Family Guy isn't the Simpsons.
